IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. For the purpose of this record, a ‘vision board’ is defined as a collage of images and words representing a person’s wishes or goals, intended to serve as inspiration or motivation.

2. In order to count as a valid vision board, there is a minimum requirement of
a) three (3) photos/images and
b) one (1) handwritten personal pledge posted on a board.
These elements must be clearly visible on each participant’s board for it counted towards the final total. Any vision board that does does not clearly show both requirements will be disqualified.

3. The handwritten personal pledge must be written by hand with any writing utensil (i.e. pen, pencil or marker, etc.) on a piece of paper, not typed or printed. The pledge must be legible.

4. Participants must create their vision boards for at least a full five minutes and must have completed the board in line with the minimum requirement inclusions before they can be counted towards the final total. It is not permitted to leave any blank area on the vision board.

5. The Officials reserves the right to disqualify any attempt where the vision boards either do not meet the guidelines or are deemed to be of insufficient quality.

6. For those joining online , only one participant may appear in each video, unless the specific guidelines state otherwise.

7. Online participants ; ensure you have a strong internet connection, be situated in a well-lit room and position your web camera appropriately so that enough of your body is in frame. Any videos where it is unclear whether the participant is performing the record action, at the appropriate time, will be disqualified from the final total.

8. Before the official attempt start time, participants must start their video calls so that they are ready to perform the record action at the designated time.

9. If a significant number of participants within the attempt area fail to follow the set guidelines, the attempt may be disqualified. This does not affect those joining online via video calls.
